DR. NATALIE STEMATI

Psychedelic assisted therapy is a new approach to mental health concerns and symptom relief.
Dr. Natalie Stemati offers two different types of Psychedelic assisted therapy.

Ketamine Assisted Therapy
What does Ketamine do?
Ketamine is proven to help people who have not been able to experience relief from mental health concerns via traditional prescription medicines. Ketamine is one of the safest and most widely used anesthetic medicines in the world. In several studies, more than half of the patients show a significant decrease in depression symptoms in just one day, and approximately 4 out of 5 went on to feel significant improvement. Psychedelic Integration
Psychedelic integration is the process of understanding an experience that you had on psychedelics that may be difficult for you to conceptualize or incorporate into your daily life. Through journaling, storytelling, and sharing what you experienced with a trained therapist who knows how to help you decode psychedelic experiences, you are able to incorporate your journey into your life in a way that will feel meaningful and invite change. A Holistic Approach
to Mental Health

Dr. Natalie Stemati, Psy.D.
My personal and professional experiences have shaped an approach to therapy that recognizes the connection between the mind and body. I offer a warm, curious, compassionate, and occasionally humorous space where clients can explore their experiences and better understand themselves.
My work emphasizes depth-oriented therapy: we address the symptoms that bring you in while also exploring the underlying patterns and experiences contributing to them. Together, we identify the barriers that may be keeping you stuck, develop tools to manage the distress they create, and build a deeper understanding of yourself, your relationships, and your world.
